  9. send marketing and promotional content to you directly or via Third-Party Providers;
  10. promote the Services;
  11. improve, customise and optimise the Services and the Platform;

  16. Storage: We store your personal information securely on servers located in Namibia. We may also store your personal information in the United Kingdom.

We may provide information to our related companies or other trusted businesses or persons who work on behalf or with Paratus including our professional advisors, such as our lawyers or auditors. Where information is disclosed to our related companies, those related companies will use the information in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
  24. Paratus will take reasonable steps to ensure that its contracts with third parties include requirements for those third parties to manage information in accordance with similar provisions to this Policy.
  25. Paratus does not share, sell, rent, or trade Personally identifiable information (PII) with third parties for their promotional purposes except with your consent as described in this privacy policy

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
